Helvana won't talk to me after the Word Wall in Dead Mans Respite

Helvana wont talk to me and give me the key after the word wall in dead mans respite. I have tried literally everything. Is there a setstage command i can use to go past this part because i refuse to start a new game im level 77 and attached to my character.

Sometimes you can get an NPC to reset if you open console, left click on the NPC, type disable hit enter then type enable hit enter, close console. They disappear and reappear and it may let their scripting proceed. Sorry can't help with the setstage question.
