Reporting a location where banners should spawn, but do not. Could be due to the terrain for Halted Stream Camp door exit.
Current character has the Jarl of Whiterun's Blessing for the EEE to have a camp & operate within his region.
Cleared Halted Stream Camp outside & inside. Map marked Cleared. Placed Beacon setup to send to Whiterun Merchant.
Upon exit of HSC received the message that it was claimed by EEE.
No banners placed at Mine Entrance nor the nearby pit.
Went over to Silent Moons Camp cleared it inside & outside. Map marked Cleared. Placed Beacon & setup to send to Whiterun Merchant.
Upon exit of SMC received the message that is was claimed by EEE.
Banners were placed at the Door Exit to SMC as expected.
Similar example: Bilegulch Mine cleared outside & inside with Map marked Cleared. Upon exit Banners were spawned as expected.
Since this is also a mine like HSC it may in fact be a terrain issue with HSC & not the type of interior (dungeon, mine, etc.)
Apologies if this specific location has already been reported. Nothing popped up during various word searches.
P.S. Just cleared Redoran's Retreat. It also spawned banners correctly even though its exit door is similar to Halted Stream Camp. It does
not have the longer overhang like HSC.
