Game freezes like clockwork

Since the last update my game freezes on a predictable timescale.
It freezes every five minutes or so for about 30 seconds then unfreezes.
It is only on Starfield, all my other games are fine.
I've tried altering load order and disabled everything else but it still does it.
Help please.

Have you tried disabling all outpost activity? Just disconnect everything from power. Outpost production and shipping is calculated every few minutes.

Also, disable autosave (or set it to save every 30minutes when you use the pause menu).

Also, delete some saves to free up space.

Also check every mod.is properly updated (delete and reinstall, don't use the update button)

If its an old universe, it's possible there's just too much information in the save file and you might be better off going through the unity to clean it up

Hope other people have advice too
