Follow Harper's Leads - Objective Stuck as Active Post-Questline

"Follow Harper's Leads" Activity objective remains active even after all Listening Posts/Major Arrays are destroyed.

The state of things was this before the bug occurs:

• Finished the questline (Station destroyed, talked to Torin)
• Omega listening post still up
• Before getting to Omega listening post, I handed over intel to Harper to find more listening posts

After I destroyed Omega, the "Watchtower Major Arrays" mission finishes and is off the active mission list, but "Follow Harper's Leads" Activity remains active and points to no destination.
