Fleet Ship With Class M Reactor

I started using the achievement friendly version of the SPE. I know I can not personally fly a ship with a Class M reactor but can I use one in my fleet? I don’t want to use console commands or normal mods as it makes it too easy to “cheat.” I’m OK with not having it on my home ship but I would love to max out the available power in a couple of my larger ships.

I am not familiar with 'SPE', but if you are able to obtain an M Class ship, and it shows up in your list of potential fleet ships, then yes, another NPC should be able to pilot it.
