Flares dissappear from inventory - XBOX

Flares randomly dissappear from inventory. No they are not empty, yes I have Torin assigned to a ship, and yes the ship is present in orbit. I had them favorited, threw 1 with 5 charges remaining. Went to arm a second one, the favorite was gone, and nothing in the throwables inventory.

Logged out, quit game. Came back and still no flares. Went back to Stardock verified cannot refill.

This sounds like you have run out of physical flares, which can be bought from Gren or crafted at an industrial workbench. The number in brackets next to your chosen Skydrop relates to the number of charges it has left, not the number of flares you have in your inventory.

I’m having the same problem. Yes, I have bought flares from Gren. I use one skydrop at a site, the next site I land at, all the flares have disappeared. Xbox. This happened whether I favourited them or not.

Hi there, some questions please so that we can try to reproduce this:

1. How many flares did you buy?
2. Which skydrop did this occur with?
3. When you bought the skydrop flares from Gren, did you go through and program them all to that specific skydrop in advance? Or did you leave them default, and simply selected your skydrop once you equipped the flare?
4. Which ship was this skydrop attached to, and what is your current home ship? Additionally, which pilot is assigned to your skydrop ship?

Really I’ve had to go back to different saves to overcome other problems, likes Haprpers leads disappearing, after Gren tells me I can fly watchtower ships and other problems, I really can’t remember all those specific details!
I don’t remember how many flares, and I don’t programme them until I’m on planet at a listening post. Too many details, too many resets to previous saves to avoid the many, many, many problems!

We have not experienced any of these issues on a minimal load order, so unfortunately without having reproduction steps or any other information, there's not a lot we can do. If you encounter this bug again, posting up your load order and some details on what exactly isn't working for you may allow us to see where things are going wrong for you.
