EEC - Mod is not starting

Hello,

I installed EEC on top of the collection "gate to sovngard" (GTS) at its latest version as of date.
I can find the EEC creation files in the console but after clearing several dungeons, the quest never started.
Can I force the start myself? If yes how?

Cragslane Cavern
Northwind Mine (here thedragon is not dead)
Fallowstone Cave
Ansilvund
Cragwallow Slope

all of them marked "cleared"

Does this still happen if you make a new save (just to test)? It sounds like something prevented EEE from starting altogether... This suggests a mod conflict. Is the camp outside Whiterun (near the stables) present, even if Sha'khar has not shown up?
