"Echoes" never started

I read elsewhere that this quest is supposed to start via Courier three days after finishing "Of Songs and Shouts".

Problem is, it has yet to do so. And it's been over and in game month since I finished that quest. Is there a console command I can use to force it to start?

Hi there, can you please share which platform you are using, and your modlist?

Certainly. Modlist is attached. Platform is Steam Anniversary Edition.

Also as a sidenote and for something a bit more positive: want to say I loved the emissary questline. Very creative. I thought Valerine's voice acting was exceptionally high quality and I do hope she makes a cameo in your next project (like some of the EEC characters did in this one).
