Here is a list of dungeons that can be claimed as territories by the East Empire Company once you have received the Jarl’s blessing. As a general rule, eligible dungeons must have the clearable flag and have at least one interior cell, with a small number of exceptions (such as some of the mines listed here).
Note: the holds listed here are assigned by EEE, and are based on the in-universe hold borders as defined by Bethesda’s official map of Skyrim, a copy of which can be viewed here. If you use a mod or patch that alters the holds of certain locations (such as USSEP), you may experience a different result. If a dungeon is listed here but does not appear as 'cleared' on your map, this may be due to a base game bug - placing a relic in a container and leaving should still allow EEE to claim it.
Additional note for mod authors: There is automatic territory claim support for any mod-added locations - as above, they must have the clearable flag and at least one interior cell. Additionally, multi-celled dungeons require the LocTypeDungeon keyword. For further support or guidance, please reach out to the team via the help channel.
