Duel of Wit Bards no longer showing up at Inns

Hello! Love this creation so much, I have been going through every inn around Skyrim and battling every bard I could, getting up to the rank of Adept. After hours of unlocking as many retorts and insults I could I decided to take a break.

Unfortunately, after loading back in, I went to the next inn on my list and there were no bards there, none! I then went to the next, none, then the next, aaaaand still none. I revisited every inn around Skyrim and unfortunately I could not find anymore bards to challenge. Some of the named dueling bards are around but that's it.

I tried loading and reloading previous saves and I was having the same issues, no bards at the inns, even at earlier saves where I was a novice/apprentice. I have yet to try reinstalling the creation, I might give that a try if there are no other solutions. Is anyone else have this issue as well and is there a possible fix for it? I was really enjoying this part of the creation and am sad that it's sort of not working right anymore.

Hi there, please could you share your load order with us? Additionally - has this load order changed at all since your break?

thank you for your reply! I have attached my load order as requested. I did indeed install the "Better Dialogue Controls" mod by ecirbaf to help with some minor issues I was having while navigating through the choices for insults and retorts, but I removed it soon after. even after removing it though the issues still seem to persist sadly. other than that I did not change or add anything else since then.
