Deviant Field Resonator Cyberamp not unlocking

I've unlocked tier 1 of all cyberamps and the Deviant Field Resonator appeared at the Doctor's slate.
However, if I choose this last cyberamp in the slate and return to the Doctor, she acts as if I didn't choose anything.
All other cyberamps are working fine and can be upgraded. But the last one I can't even research!
Is there a way to fix this? Or are there additional requirement for this amp to unlock?

I've solved the issue. This amp requires Sentient AI Adapters, which you can loot from mechs on Watchtower bases.
It was not documented anywhere, I wish the Doctor could have mentioned it. I didn't know those adapters are required before I got one by accident.
The second tier of Deviant Field Resonator also requires Sentient AI Adapters, the 3rd however - something else it seems...
