Compatability with Place Doors Yourself

Is there a compatibility patch with Watchtower and PDY? I can't find anything on xb. But all of the Watchtower ships I've boarded I've been unable to take over without disabling PDY. Otherwise parts of the ship aren't accessible. Could someone point me in the right direction of someone I could speak to on this?
