Can't get into Heimdal

I've been troubleshooting this one for a bit now, and am sure it's a mod conflict and a scripting lag but can't pinpoint.

After defeating the stations defenses and docking with the station, when I enter the station only the turrets attack me, none of the guards acknowledge me even after shooting or hitting them. When I open the terminal, I see the selection for the security door but it doesn't acknowledge when I select it to give me the option to open the door. I've included my mod load order below if anyone has any ideas?

This definitely does sound like a mod conflict yes. I will open a ticket and include your list, though it may take some time to pinpoint an issue. If you happen to narrow it down, please do let me know and we will take a further look into this.
