Cannot find the control node.

I have completed the requirements I think. I unlocked the doors, completed the switch puzzle. I do not have any quest markers showing up and my scanner does not lead me to where I need to go. Where is the control node?

There are two switch puzzles, I assume you just finished the one in the small side room next to your screenshot. After you re-enter that room you are in, go forward and then make a right - the door that was previously locked should now open. Proceed that way and you should find your way to the control node (it's inside a ship that's parked in a giant room in that facility).

Okay got past that glitch but now I have a game stopping glitch. I am meeting with the Hunter and before I can dock with his ship Watchtower attacks. I cannot fire any of my weapons nor can I jump out of the system ( I get a message that fast travel is unavailable from this system). Help please.

I ran into this exact bug. They're fixing it in the next patch, but in the meantime I think you'll just have to reload.
