Busting at the seems locations

Busting at the seems quest asks for 3 location to complete but require 9, one is Bayu Penthouse and another is Sky Suite. How can we scan these 2 loacations? I am playing on Xbox.

Hi there, these are not targets in our quest so I am not sure why this is happening for you. Could you please share a screenshot of the quest marker locations to confirm? Just want to be sure they aren't misleading you, I know the markers can be a little funky sometimes even in vanilla Starfield.

I went back to a save and replayed still needed 9 location 3 for each of the planets, but the 2 in question in Neon are changed and so is the previous save i had with sky suite and bay penthouse. Question still should you scan 9 location Jason asks for 3.
