Bug: Stardock cannot be docked at

Main Issue: Stardock cannot be docked at and player ship is in combat but no enemies present. Even when the station is selected, the docking menu option does not appear. Only way to travel in is via `coc` or the go to quest target command, but coc makes matters worse. If you travel in with coc and then try to return, you can hail the station 16,000KM away :)

Hi there, is this during the very first quest, when you are first prompted to visit Stardock? Or at a later time? Thank you for providing your mod list - please can you also attach a save file so we can try and reproduce this?

Hello,

Sure. This happens after I am sent out to go do the first array shutdown. Upon return, my ship is perma-flagged in combat (and it shows up on other stations too, the red circle, but I can still dock), the music plays, and no dock option is available.

If I coc into the station, upon fast travel back, I can see the "Hail" option on the station, but it is 16,000 KM away.

Great mod, if you can help me out I would be much obliged.

Also note: I am an experience software engineer/dev (over 20 years), but I don't want to be obnoxious and start imposing on your process. Do let me know if I can be of assistance.

Save attached.

Kinda funny to ask for saves if the forum isn't going to let you upload them due to size.

It's 7.5 MB... come on LOL.

Hello, I am uploading Video and my Saves with my Load Order Screenshot, please see to it.

Here is the Link for saves and Videos
The stardock save you provided - you have 67 ships. This is why there is a delay - the scene does eventually continue, you just are going to need to wait a while for scripts to catch up. The vanilla engine is only designed to handle a maximum of 10 ships, so a delay is to be expected. I had to wait less than 30 seconds for it to resolve.

As for the docking issue, which a few of you have reported - it appears that for some inexplicable reason, you are in combat with Sledgeback. The dev team have looked into this and a fix should be included in our first patch update.

I just tried again, deleteing all the ships to just 4, and it was quick. But this issue for waiting was with gren only, no one else was having suck prob. Thanks for this. Waiting for the fix for Docking

You can try the console commands I issued above if you like - this should resolve the docking problem. Otherwise, yes there should be a fix in the first patch we release.

You can use the following (replacing 'x' with your index number for Watchtower):

If you're already in the Piazzi system when typing this, you may need to leave and return for it to take effect.

I can confirm this fixes the issue and allows me to dock.

Steps from the Piazzi System:

1. help Watchtower 4 (to find the right index)
2. commands above (my index was b)
3. Jump out
4. Jump in
5. All good

Thanks again for your quick response and support.
