[Bug] Gren's Skydrop Flare Inventory

Just noticed that if I purchase all Gren's flares (18) I only get 9. As a test, I restored to before the transaction and have 5 in my inventory, Gren has 18, I purchase 9 which results with having 14 in my inventory. I go back to Gren and he now has 2.

Not a showstopper yet, but hopefully already on the patch list.

Kinggath mentioned on stream that there's a known issue they haven't figured out yet where all vendors on Stardock display double the amount of inventory they actually carry. It's not just the Skydrop flares.
