Armor missing leg texture issue

This looked like a horror film during intro - dead in pools of blood with no legs - I thought some sort of vaporizer gun - cool lol.
Series X - only fix i found is to put Mod LAST in load order.
I have been having random save load missing Textures issues. (these are the clothing mods im using)

Possibly another conflict - technician helmets are all black? (i haven't looked into this fully yet)
Just added https://creations.bethesda.net/en/s...1-de974783a57c/Adventurer__39_s_Clothing_Pack so this could be causing Technician issue?
