Bards College Expansion - Unofficial Patches 1.6.0

Hello, first off thanks so much for the patches and eagerly awaiting the JK's Bards College patch. But I have a little bug, not with the game, but with the patch for Mihails House Cats is causing Tex Gen / Dyndolod errors.

If that can't be viewed (it's my first time posting on here) it states that
"RECORD [ARMA:FE09182D] in file mihailhousecat.esp is being overwritten by record [ACHR:FE09182D] in file Bards College Expansion - mihailhousecat patch.esp.
These errors can cause CTD and other serious issues and needs to be fixed."

I can then choose to either exit Tex Gen/Dyndolod or ignore the error, I've ignored in the past and had 100s of CTDs in my last try whereas before I got this mod and patches, my game was 95% stable so thought I should let you know.

It is pretty good, but, it would be excellent to add open cities and also patch the Thunderchild Phantom Form Shout with the Bards Phantom Form Shout

Hey. Can someone tell me what does the Konahrik patch change ?

Unfortunately this patch doesn't help with Open Cities, the BCE content is not accessible. Is that something that will be included in the future?
