Save file uploaded - thank you. I tried swapping AF to a different fleet ship but nothing got him to spawn in Stardock like the other pilots. When he is your companion, he of course enters Stardock just fine.

YES. I have used the salvage option on nothing but non-watchtower ships. For me, all I have to do is sit in the seat then get back up and look at the seat and the "Salvage" choice is there. Note: that was back on patch v1.0.1. I don't think I have had the chance to salvage in v1.0.2

Yeah I was hoping that because the store "did" update my mod that it would work. I'd say this is yet another confirmation (along with @Torberg) that the "update" process for Creations is still broken. :(
