Where to get Dancer’s Riposte weapon?

I’ve completed all of the emissary quests, the main quest- I sided with volgaafsonaan, and all of the duels of wit. I’ve received the fools crown and I get why I missed the emissary ring, but I haven’t seen anything about the dancers riposte. Any ideas?

Hello, and welcome to the forum. This weapon was originally the reward you get for winning a duel again the Grand Fool. It was replaced with the Fool's Crown instead.
