What does it take to get past the Astra mission?

So once I've completed the mission that allows me to use Astra to save my pieces, I can't get the next step to trigger. I saw in another post that it should be around 30 extractions, and I know I've done way more than that (and just as many installations). Is there another prerequisite before I can get the next mission?

No, the total number of item hand-ins for this quest to trigger (including the very first example you give him as part of the tutorial) is 42 extractions. If you are certain you have done this and it is failing to trigger (only extractions count), please can you provide a save file and modlist if you're on PC?
