I went through Unity with Torin. I went to Stardock which when I clicked on it displayed the name Lookup Failed! I met Torin who calls it Stardock Beta, but on Eridani III after grabbing the core, my dialogue option says Let's go to Stardock Gamma. After getting the core, Torin says he disabled the inside Mech, but the mission says Talk to Torin. I did, but the mission marker doesn't go away over his head. I get a load of dialogue options about Advocate and lots of stuff I have no idea what it's about, and the closed captions do not match what Torin is saying at all. Not at all, and it reads Watchtower Operatives: when Torin is talking. I decided to reload before Unity and just returned to the universe I came from, and Torin is listed as Watchtower Operatives: with dialogue that doesn't match what he's speaking, like not at all. This is nutty, and I am at a loss what to do.
