Watchtower Major Arrays Quest

Under the "Activities" section I had "Locate Watchtower Array Hub Kappa". Under Missions, I had "Watchtower Major Arrays" with the long list of all the systems that had the corresponding minor arrays and it also included the system that held Kappa. So I went through the list and located and destroyed all the minor arrays. Then I destroyed Kappa. Once that was done, the activity switched to "Locate Watchtower Array Hub Omicron" which is the next major hub on the list. However, the mission, "Watchtower Major Arrays", vanished. Shouldn't that mission still be there, but now showing the systems containing Omicrons minor arrays?
