Trigger it manually?

I have tried completing several dungeons/mines it sha'kar will not trigger and show up I know the mod is working and enabled as I see the chest outside white run... how do I go about manually triggering him? and the start of the expansion?

Hi there - as requested on your discord post, please can you provide your plugins list? Ideally, a papyrus.0.log as well please from an affected play session. I will add this report to our internal bug tracker for investigation.
