There are no stairs

like the title said there are no stairs or new levels added to the bards college which results in sledrig not spawning. And the instruments are not working. everything else is working helvana meets me normally and gives the quest and all the other npcs are added to my game.

Hi there, can you please provide your plugins list? This sounds like a mod conflict.

Solved it. The problem was that for some reason the resourcespack esl kept getting disabled each time I launched skyrim the fix was that I added a new line in the skyrim.ccc at the bottom file which is "_ResourcePack.esl" .
