Last night I was following one of Harpers leads. It sent me to Ohann III which is a planet created by Radicalclownfriends mod, Star Wars Tatooine. When I landed at Listening Post Beta, there was a battle going on between spacers and watchtower soldiers The spacers actually seemed to be winning. So, I killed a bunch of spacers and watchtower folk, went inside and downloaded the coordinates to the array. Then the watchtower did a skydrop and sent two mechs and several pods with more personal. I killed all of them and returned to my ship. I destroyed the array and all of the ships. I then returned to the stardock to turn in the intel to Harper. She told me that she couldn't use the intel because I had destroyed all the listening posts and there were none to find. Then I went into my missions and found the mission about finding all the minor arrays and the usual long list of possible systems was gone. The thing is, I've only destroyed maybe five or six listening posts and arrays. I then asked Harper about finding an array without intel. Her answer was the same, no more listening posts left. When I went into my missions again and looked under activities, the Follow Harpers leads activity was gone. I thought it was interesting that your mod sent me to a planet created by another mod with two factions fighting when I got there. The location generated for the listening post wasn't one of your usual layouts. It was a different complex. I can't remember the name of the complex, but it was one of the large, generic complexes. I also thought it was odd that mission about finding minor arrays and the activity of following Harpers leads, had cleared out so soon. Did something break on my end?

Edit: Just to add, I went back to Ohann III to see if the listening post was still there. It was with a few dead spacer and watchtower bodies lying around. There was another complex a few hundred meters away that showed as "unknown" on the ground map. That turned out to be an unmanned listening post alpha. When I checked out the terminal, it said something to the effect of data purged. Then there was a skydrop with a mech and some watchtower guys. So I killed them and returned to Stardock. When I approached Harper she said that I had destroyed all the listening posted, at least the ones that mattered. I believe she also stated that I wouldn't have to worry too much about being ambushed by Watchtower anymore. I also traveled to the Altair system. When I enter the system, there is an icon showing a watchtower array in the orbit around Altair III. When I go to that icon, there's nothing there. Moving around the system and traveling back to the watchtower array location doesn't change anything. Still no array at that location.

Hi there, can you please provide your mod list, and if you are on PC, a save as well please.

For the second issue reported, about the 'empty' array marker in Altair, this one is a confirmed bug and we have a fix for that in the upcoming patch. The issue there is that after the array is destroyed during The Stars Have Eyes, the marker failed to despawn.

The other issues mentioned aren't something we have encountered before, but hopefully your provided information can help us shed some light on it.
