Small bug/issue: Cannot access cargo hold of ship while inside McClarence at New Atlantis with game settings set to Limited Locations

Pretty much what the the title says. My Gameplay Options for cargo hold access is set to limited locations, and the McClarence in New Atlantis won't let me access the cargo hold. I have to step outside.

I can access it in other interiors through out town, and in interiors in other cities.
 
Solution
So I went ahead and downloaded the CK and opened up McClarence Outfitters myself, and it is in fact missing the settlement keyword that allows cargo access while in the cell. I made my own patch. But it is in fact an error.

Unless the intention was to not allow the player to access their cargo with that specific game setting turned on.
Hi there - this appears to be working as intended. McClarence is its own interior cell, whereas most stores in Starfield are exteriors - you don't enter a load screen. If you enter an interior cell store, such as Outland found in New Atlantis, you cannot access the cargo hold.
 
Weird that it works in the UC Distribution Center. Which is the store I used as my control, so I wonder if that's bugged from Bethesda then.

Edit: And it works at EIT Clothes, and CJ's, and Centaurian Firearms, Reliant Medical and the Security building right across from McClarence.

Are those 'fake' interiors? Cus I get a loading screen for them, so now I'm slightly confused.
But it doesn't work in the Lodge, or the Tracker's Alliance HQ on Aquila.


Also, Outland worked for me which is what prompted my response down below.

Solution
Ah, my apologies - I misunderstood the issue. I see what you mean now by it being an actual gameplay option, and hadn't realised the default setting blocked this. Just to let you know we have now added a fix and it will be included in our next bug fix patch. Thank you for reporting this!
