Jason does his dialogue but won’t give generdyne slate. I have been there and taken evidence for toft. Dynamic Universe is disabled. Only other creations are blackout skins, observatory, gravis suit, deimog, the perfect recipe, deluxe dynamic boostpack, and SOS-8. Downloaded the update for 11/29.

I've run into a similar issue. Jason will give the dialogue saying he needs his explosive permit and to look at this slate but never give it. I did give him 4 items (2 helmets, 2 suits) to break down before the option appeared. Tried restarting the game and he just repeats the dialogue but never gives me the slate.
EDIT: Left the planet and returned and the conversation proceeded as normal and I was given the note.
