Seeking Clarification - How does EEE detect types of loot in dungeons/what kind of items are added to the loot delivery

This is a bit of a loaded question so I can't say I'm expecting anything quick and easy here lol (also, I'm aware there are posts asking similar questions but were more vague and left me with more questions than answers.)
I'll include a variety of questions branching out from the initial vague loaded question, as the things I'm asking are specifically relating to some patches I was trying to make.

Here's my questions I'm seeking answers for

1. Do claimed dungeons check loot for alchemy ingredients found inside? (By found inside, I'm referring to naturally growing ingredients like mushrooms, flowers, etc.)

2. If the answer is yes to question 1... Do ingredients added by other mods/creations also get added to the loot delivery chest at outposts? (If no, I was trying to make a patch for a specific mod that adds a clearable/claimable dungeon with a custom alchemy ingredient inside)

3. As essentially, an identical question to #2, do other kinds of items (added by mods/creations) also get included in here? Like armor and weapon leveled lists from enemies found in that dungeon?

4. Is East Empire Expansion script-heavy in relation to item delivery/selling? This would be helpful to know in the case of people (or myself) using other script heavy mods in a load order (if the answer is yes... Mainly I was just curious about what load orders I and the average player should use EEE on and which ones I shouldn't. I'm not really expecting specifics because of how many mods exist out there, just a general benchmark of things to be wary of)

Thanks in advance and sorry for the excessive questions. My poking around in SSE Edit left me with more questions than answers. Cheers and keep being awesome!
