Hi just ran into this bug where when i first meet the watch tower guys they tell me they taking me but dont attack? they fly past me and sit there..i cant jump out and cant land on planet ...ive had to reboot my pc to get back out of game...this is on going for past 2 hours ..any help is welcomed thank you

i have tried shooting them they attack back but never kidnap me lol i guess thats what you call it..they never hit me with that weapon that disables my ship...i didnt have this problem my first run through a few days ago it wasnt till i updated watch tower or unofficial star field patch

If u keep shooting their ship eventually their health becomes invulnerable and it forces the script to blast u. Did u lower their health all the way?

1. When you updated to our patch, did you follow the method here? The Creation Store has an unfortunate update bug, so I want to rule out this being a problem for you.
2. Is this on a unity run (where you played watchtower all the way through, jumped through unity, and are playing watchtower again in this universe?)
3. Which platform are you playing on?
Could you please attach your load order as well? Thank you.

1 at first no i didn't know about this thread as i joined only after i started having this problem
2 this is on a pre unity run..i never completed the watch tower missions ..as i had another issue that required me to delete the game all mods and all files related to star field that issue i think is still present and it involves shattered space when my .esm file went missing i couldnt even start the game and yes shatter space is on my account and on my steam library since reloading everything i ran into this issue with watch tower someone else told me to keep shooting the ships and they will attack me ive destroyed 2 of them the last one keeps healing started another run through and havent gotten enough lvls to venture out to set the quest line to start..

as for my load order ill have to see how to copy and paste here..
