Progression halts after Port In A Storm (Defeat the Drones)

I installed Watchtower into an existing game. My character is pretty advanced, I haven't bothered to go to Unity.

Just finished the Defeat the Drones task in the Port in a Storm mission, I talk to him via ship-to-ship and he tells me to go down to the planet and find the base. But there are no tasks listed, and I don't seem able to progress.

I did explore the landing site and some Spaceship Debris on Eridani III, but there doesn't seem to be anything else out there (some misc POIs).

Game is fully upgraded, I just upgraded all the creations as well.

I do have other mods installed, not sure what's needed to debug this.

Help, please
