Problem to claim some location

Hello, I have a problem even though I have cleared some locations of enemies, e.g. Alftand and Knifepoint Ridge EEC still dont claim this arenas

Hi there - has the boss enemy for each dungeon been killed? Sometimes, if they are affected by a quest (which can be the cause for some named NPCs), the dungeon must be claimed when the quest is not active, due to the way Bethesda tags some of their boss enemies. If you do not have any quests active for those dungeons, are you certain that all enemies are killed at this location, e.g it shows as 'cleared' on the map? Additionally, do you have the jarl's blessing for the holds they are in?

well, I just completed all the missions in these locations, I killed the bosses, I completed all the missions and I am thane of all the jarls and the location is cleared, but when I leave, a message is displayed that I need to get rid of the enemies

Hi there - apologies for the delay in response here. Are the guards and banners also not appearing, or are they appearing in spite of receiving this message? Additionally if you do not have the latest EEE patch I recommend updating it.

not exactly because I clean the location and after leaving the same message but I will download the updates and let you know
