Problem take over Battleship

I have an issue with Watchtower Battleship III (not sure if the other versions are affected as well).
I've tried several times to dock with and board this type of ship.
But there's one room where I can't get through the door - when I try to go in, I glitch through the ship.
So it's not possible to fully clear and take over the ship.

The cruiser has the same issue but far worse

We are aware of the Cruiser issues and this will also be resolved in the first patch.
