power attacks do not work when switching to weapons after playing an instrument via M.2

When equipping an instrument, using M.2 to unequip the instrument and switch to a weapon disables power attacks.

This is only replicable this way. If the instrument is manually unequipped through the inventory and weapons are unsheathed thereafter, power attacks work as normal.

We have this addressed for patch 1.0.2! It's already in Bethesda's hands for QA, though I don't know when it will be released.

When i mean disable power attacks, I mean they become impossible to perform - you only can swing your weapon with normal attacks. This disabling remains indefinitely until the user quits and rejoins the game.
