Posssible bug: sold ships reappearing

I had ten ships, including an unregistered Varuun prophesy. I had assigned crew to it. I registered and sold it at Taiyo Asyroneering on Neon and went hunting arrays. I took out a couple of watchtower fleets/arrays and all was fine but then I jumped to the Starport. When I arrived in the system the prophesy was there, shown as a blue friendly, but started to attack me. I started firing back but then got close enough for the ‘dock’ prompt to appear.

So I boarded it and took it over. Checked in with BABS and there it is, part of my fleet again.

I don’t know if the prophesy was part of the fleet which took out the arrays earlier. I would have assumed that registering and selling a ship would have removed the crew. Sophie Grace (my assigned pilot) shows as unassigned but also assigned to the prophesy. I can’t see the prophesy in the fleet control panel with Gren.

Hey there! We've received a few reports of quirks like this that occur when selling ships that are actively part of your fleet. The next patch should fix all of it.

Ah OK thanks. Interestingly I’ve ended up with it back in my fleet, fully registered and potentially ready to sell again. I may hold off doing that until the next patch.
