Pacifier unable to be modified?

Maybe I need to shuffle my load order around, but has anyone else been unable to put a Pacifier on the weapons display to modify or duplicate? Definitely in my inventory but I can’t transfer one to the weapon rack. I can turn in shotguns for mod extraction just fine though.
On Xbox series X. If need be I can reply with my load order, just wanted to see if anyone else had a similar issue.

Update: the Shotty, Coachman, Breach, Big Bang and Old Earth Shotgun all show up, but not the Pacifier. Which is a shame, it’s one of my favorite shotguns.

Hi there - thanks for bringing this to our attention! It would appear that this gun lacks a certain vanilla keyword that we use to allow our weapons to be modified. We have now added this keyword to it ourselves, and it should be fixed for our next patch.
