So, I already made an old-world shotgun with one-inch-punch, instigating and space-adept for clearing out enemy ships.
However, I thought I'd give the Pacifier a shot (no pun intended), but I can't put at least the following legendary effects on it (despite having several of them in inventory already, and they can be put on other weapons): one-inch-punch and Hitman.
