So I finally got crazy and purged all my mods, nexus, everything.
Clean install, base game AE, with USSEP, Alt life, Bards college, EEC, Bthar, Blood and Ice, and a couple house mods.
All from in-game through purchase from Bethesda, and installed by Bethesda.
Reason Im bringing this up.... Bards College doesnt exist in the game. I have waited over 72 in game hours for the Open Cities 'adjustments' to take place, but the College never appears.
I haven't tested EEC for I wanted to see what this issue was first, and if there's a patch, or maybe its my load order, but there really isnt much there in that list.
Open Cities was at the bottom of the list.
Hope this helps and we can find a solution to make these two great mods work well together since you both are offered as purchases from Bethesda (well Arthmoor's stuff isn't all for sale, Open Cities is still free).
