the mod version is not posted or date updated on updates why? I know the updates posting by Bethesda is not quite right and these details will let you know IF you already have the latest update

If you deleted and reinstalled, then you have the right version 1.0.2
Only creations sometimesbl bugs and keeps telling you that your version is 1.0.1
Best way to check is to look in gameplay options where you can set watchtower ambush chance. If that option is there in the settings, then you have the latest version.
