legendary effect swapping compatibility?

Pretty much title if I have another mod that adds new legendary effects to weapons and armor will I be able to use swapping system with them?

Hi there - this mod would likely require a community patch in order for Jason to recognise them if the effects are not vanilla.

would it be possible to add the legendary effects from to the general loot pool so that once jason has given us a mod, we can find it in the wild too?
