Just can't start the quest.

I couldn't find a decent answer in previous posts. I'm stuck at talking to Jason. I've done all the dialogue options and nothing. Also the mannequin has no clothes on it when I know it should. I did have a mod that messed with leveling of enemies but I have disabled it and still have the issue. Nothing I've tried works. High in the load order, mid order, low order, disabling suspected mods. I'm getting frustrated because this was a paid mod. I'm super high level so maybe that could be causing an issue?

Hi there, the naked mannequin will be fixed in the next patch update.

The other issue is unrelated though, it sounds like the quest failed to start. Please can you share your mod list, and if you are on PC, a save file?

Please upload it here, if you are unable to attach it on the forum, along with your load order/ plugins.txt file (your mod manager should have this).

Here is my plugin list. It's huge. And I uploaded the save field to the Google Drive...I think.
