Issue with "Each Star a Stitch" mission

Hi, I have just been given the "Each Star a Stitch" quest but there is no quest marker to show where to go. Is this a random planet or somewhere I can just go to if someone can tell me where it is?

Hi there - you need to scan the artifacts within an armillary in order to satisfy this quest objective. If there is no quest marker, this means you likely don't have an armillary built on your ship or at an Outpost. Doing so should immediately produce a quest marker, and scanning it should advance the quest.

(If you would rather not build an armillary, removing it again after you advance the quest should be fine).
