Is there an article showing all the shout effects?

Hello all,
I am finally settling down to play this lovely mod with a heavily shout focused character, and I was wondering if there was a proper list of what each shout & chant does? I would love a bit of a discussion on the tactical application of each? I do see that there is a handy stickied thread for the Resonant Shout Effect list, but I was hoping for a full break down?

For a tactical application, the Chant of Ravaging has some nice flexibility. You can use the first word (or first two words) of Unrelenting Force against ranged enemies, to give you an opening to then close the distance. But against melee enemies, you can use all three words to create distance, then close in and hit them, likely while they're still getting up (depending on the location).
