Hello all,
I am finally settling down to play this lovely mod with a heavily shout focused character, and I was wondering if there was a proper list of what each shout & chant does? I would love a bit of a discussion on the tactical application of each? I do see that there is a handy stickied thread for the Resonant Shout Effect list, but I was hoping for a full break down?
