Followers and BCE

Hi Kinggath team, back again with a couple questions this time.

1. Is the shout "Spectral Rift" intended to affect followers? When I use it, they gain the same blue-fire effect as silenced enemies. Since followers can't shout, there really is no *actual* effect from this, but I was curious.

2. I noticed that bard songs give empowered effects to both followers, followers summoned creatures and the player's summoned creatures. I was wondering though, is it intentional that temporary allies don't get these buffs when you play your instrument? The easiest example I can think of is the civil war. I thought it would be cool to sit back and do some war drumming for the imperials, but no one else except my one follower actually got the buffs. Is this intentional? Is it overpowered to be able to give these buffs to large groups?

Thanks for all the hard work you've already done!

Hello! Will answer the best I can.

1. It is yes, it affects all NPCs in a radius around the caster. While most NPCs are unable to shout to begin with any who are able would be prevented from shouting for the duration of the spell.

2. It is intentional yes. While it's something that would definitely be nice there's not always a great way to track who is or is not a temporary follower, so we opted to go with the current selection of NPCs both for ease of implementation and consistency.
