Fleet ship won't follow

I don't know if it's a bug or a conflict, but even with one ship in my fleet, that ship won't follow : it wanders away then grav jumps to another system.
I'm not the only one to get that issue : Watchtower bug: fleet wont follow! (Reddit).
It used to work well on my first run a week ago but, although I didn't install any new mod, it stopped working.

They know about it and it's going to get fixed. The thing is if a spacer or pirate or whatever pops in to attack you, your fleet will return asap to help out. But alas, they leave again. Also, Skydrops still work too.
