Echoes Question

I'm in the Stonesong Grotto and I can't get the resonance crystals from the pillars or find the "sword". Totally stumped and stuck. Any suggestions?

Edit: Thanks to Killjoy I got past the crystals and eventually found the sword. Thanks to everyone who offered help.

Can you please clarify which part you are stuck at? Is it the very beginning of the dungeon, with those crystals lining up the steps, or a little further in?

sounds like the point where you need to shout at the 3 crystals all at once in a line

I'm in the central cavern with the three crystals on the columns.

ok stand on the top platform beside a crystal and line up so all 3 crystals are pretty much in the same direction and then unrelenting force them all at once

Thanks for the video - I saw killjoy's reply before this and was able to get through the crystals.

I watched the playthrough. When I reach the area where the video shows using Unrelenting Force to activate the crystals and allow the pillar to descend. In my version there are no crystals to activate in any of the three target areas, so I am unable to descend and retrieve the sword. Any suggestions? Can you help me?

Hi there - what platform are you playing on? Please can you attach a screenshot, just so I can be sure which puzzle you mean?
