Do the Watchtower ships still attack you after you finish the questline?

I'm not there yet, but just asking because the space battles are epic. I'll be sad if finishing the story makes them go away

Not to the degree that they do during the questline, though I believe it is still possible to randomly encounter smaller groups of them sometimes.
