Dawnstar camp won't appear

Hello for some reason I can't get the dawnstar camp to appear, I've completed the quest with corrin and talked to the jarl but it won't show its been several weeks in game. Any help is appreciated.

Hi there - the Jarl related to Korrin's quest is Winterhold rather than Dawnstar, is this the one you are referring to?

If so - the Winterhold camp is a short distance from the Jarl's longhouse. There is a building with the East Empire symbol on a sign outside it.

No, I'm talking about dawnstar I did the quest for korrin but after talking to jail skald the camp for dawnstar never showed up winterhold is there so are markarth and solitude but dawnstars isn't. I appreciate the help.

If the little anchor at Dawnstar hasn't appeared at the water's edge in the town despite fast travelling away and back as usual, it sounds like there could be a mod conflict at play. Could you please share your plugins.txt file with us?
